White certificates

Exalto analyses the energy consumptions of productive cycles and of single lines and machines in order to identify paths to reduces consumptions of energy, water and raw materials.

Exalto’s analysis is developed in five areas:

1. Identify solutions to reduce the energy needed by the productive processes of the company;
2. Identify and reduce the losses of the energy distribution systems to the single systems;
3. Increase the efficiency of machines that transform energy (engines, heaters, etc.);
4. Recover wasted energy (district heating, ORC, etc.);
5. Manage, as an accredited ESCO, the procedure to obtain Energy Efficiency Certificates or other forms of incentives.
