Vibrocementi makes prefabricated industrial, artisanal and agricultural buildings.

In June 2012 the first project of the Eternit Free campaign was inaugurated in L’Aquila (Abbruzzo Region). The campaign was promoted by AzzeroCO2 and Legambiente to sustain asbestos removal and its replacement with PV systems. It is important to note that the first project (15000 square meters of asbestos replaced by 837 solar kW) took place in L’Aquila, a city hit by a strong earthquake a few months before.

The plant uses modules made by Hanergy, the largest Chinese green energy company.
